Official Opening of Hokowhitu School Swimming Baths

This photograph shows a crowd of adults and children at the opening of the Hokowhitu School Swimming Baths on November 23 1932. A speaker is addressing the crowd in this shot. According to "Hokowhitu School: The Golden Years", the Mayor, Mr H Graham, opened the baths, but the speaker is unidentified.
