This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 18 January, 1964. "Terry Jenkins, aged eight (above), calls the boy in the diver's helmet, Stephen Phillips, aged 12 (left), on a communications link set up at the Carnival of the Lake by the Navy.
