This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 18 January, 1964. "Terry Jenkins, aged eight (above), calls the boy in the diver's helmet, Stephen Phillips, aged 12 (left), on a communications link set up at the Carnival of the Lake by the Navy. The link is used by Navy divers and the boys were given the chance to try it out as a part of the carnival." This image is of Stephen Phillips. See also: 2017N_2017-20_018317
