Bunnythorpe is a small rural community, close to Palmerston North. it was established in the 'Manchester Block' in the 1870s. This view shows the Hotel, the old Post Office, the Hall, the new Post Office and the Railway Station. The hotel is the second to be built on the site, aafter the first, built in 1892, was destroyed by fire in May 1910.
