Description

Alexander Clark (1881-1971) began as a painter and paper hanger in Palmerston North circa 1906. He soon opened a shop at 15 Fitzherbert Avenue, eventually trading as Alexander Clark Ltd. The business was onsold in 1978.

These notes were compiled for the newspaper, and include edits by Alexander Clark.
