Description

A souvenir plate printed with the Palmerston North coat of arms and the words 'City of Palmerston North New Zealand'. The plate is white with a gold rim and 165mm in diameter. It was commissioned by the Palmerston North City Council as a souvenir to give to visiting dignitaries.
