This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 26 February, 1964. "Not worried about heights is Mr. C. Silews on the sway of the tower. He and other members of the railway electricity department are wiring the lights on top of five 120ft high towers in the new railway yards at Milson."
