[This is a view of Coleman Place end of Broadway Avenue looking towards the Square] Coleman Place (2017N_2017-20_018545) was one of the stretches worst hit. According to a traffic officer, motorists did not help the already taxed traffic congestion conditions during the 8 p.m. rush. This was especially evident at the Broadway Avenue-Princess Street intersection. the officer claimed that many drivers made tours of the flood areas instead of driving home by the quickest route."
