This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 30 January, 1964. "Nine sacks of wheat were left behind, unknown to the driver of the truck (seen here continuing down Church Street), on Tuesday afternoon near the corner opposite the Grand Hotel. The driver was soon told of his misadventures." The image was cropped and flipped for publication.
