Description

Built in 1937 this Lockheed 10A Electra aircraft was registered in New Zealand August 1946 as ZK-ALI, 'Koweka', for Union Airways (which later became the National Airways Corporation). It last flew for NAC in 1949, was cancelled from the official register in November 1953, and scrapped in New Plymouth in 1961. Prior to service in New Zealand it operated as VH-AAU in Australia.
