This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 29th November 1965 "Members if the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association's touring party attended a civic reception in the Concert Chamber. Among those present at the reception were, from the left, Dr. N.T. Barnett, medical officer of health from Palmerston North, Prince Ademola Oraniran of Nigeria, Mrs. A. Chiles and Inspector A.S. Chiles, of the Palmerston North Police Department."
