Caption: "Alvin Faulkner, 4 1/2 years-of-age, of 74 Highbury Ave., P.N., at the wheel of his newly motorised Go-Kart. Alvin has been driving his Go-Kart for a number of months with a battery powered motor but it has only recently been changed to a petrol driven engine."
