Description: GLM McGregor and JA McBride Barristers and solicitors rented the upstairs area of the Spooner building, which was built in 1920. The ground floor contained The Beatty Factory Branch, Simon printing Co ltd, Haydon Clothing Mfg Co Ltd, a Boot repair business and JH Andersons washing machine repair business. This building is no longer in existence, but once stood at 101 Rangitikei Street.
