Description

These plans showing two different designs for a two-storey Public Library in Palmerston North were designed by Ludolph Georg West (1846-1919). Neither of these proposed buildings were ever built. The Danish-born architect established an architectural practice in Palmerston North in about 1880. In 1912 he formed a partnership with is son, Ernest Vilhem West, who continued the business after his father's death.
