This image was not published in The Manawatu Evening Standard, taken on 19 February, 1964. "This cycle was this week taken by a traffic officer, from two youths who were riding it. The cycle had no effective brake, part of the handle bar and some spokes were missing and it had no mudguards." Another image of bicycle was published on 19 February, 1964.
