This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 16 June 1961 "Approximately 400 were in attendance when a demonstration evening was held last night in the Concert Chamber for local builders and architects in the use of Formica products. Seen in discussion before the demonstration took place are: Mr. R. Whitehead, a hardware manager in Palmerston North; Mr. F. Keyes, a Palmerston North manager; Mr. W.T. Jaggard, architect; Mr. T. Hansen, Wellington area manager for Formica (N.Z.) Ltd.; and the company's technical service manager (Mr. R. Forno.)."
