NATIONAL SAVINGS
YOU SERVE BY SAVING

Chief Post Office,
[PALMERSTON NORTH].
22nd April, 1948.

Miss C.E. Warburton,
349 College Street,
PALMERSTON NORTH.

[arr?]
26.4.45

Dear Miss Warburton,

You will probably recall that some considerable time ago
the New Zealand National Savings Committee considered the making
of a gift in the form of a propelling pencil to National Savings
Group Agents, as a token of appreciation of their faithful work
over past years. The pencils have now arrived and distribution
is almost complete.

It is with pleasure that I inform you that certain Chairmen,
and members of National Savings Committees services are also being
recognised; and in asking you to accept the sterling silver pencil
which is being forwarded under separate cover, I should like to
convey the compliments of the New Zealand Committee and, on their
behalf, express deep appreciation of your outstanding service
to the National Savings movement.

With kindest regards,

Yours faithfully,

[J-- Prout?]
District Organiser.
