This photograph was taken at the marriage of William H. Collingwood and Amy. W. H. Collingwood came to New Zealand from Northern Ireland and settled with his parents in Wanganui. His sister Mary Collingwood married D. W. Low.Collingwood was the second Town Clerk in Palmerston North from 1907 - 1917 the year of his death.His Sons were: Harold (of Auckland) and Norman (of Wellington). His daughters were: Ethel (Later Mrs Hebden) and Hazel (later Mrs Kennedy).
