This house in Montgomery Terrace, Hokowhitu was thought to be built c1880s. It originally stood on four acres but was later sub-divided in to eleven sections. The owners in 1973 were Mr. & Mrs G Smith. Mrs Smith has then lived in the house for 48 years.
