This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 03 November 1958: "A service was conducted by the Rev. W.R. Laws at St. Paul's Methodist Church yesterday to receive the colours. This was followed by a march past. The salute was taken by Mr. B.E. Barnes, O.B.E., the brigade secretary for training in the United Kingdom."
