Pou whenua being removed from Te Marae o Hine side of Palmerston North City Council building for renewal and refurbishment by Detlef Klein. Installed in 1990, the 3 carvings resemble Rangitāne and his grandmothers, Reretua and Hinerau. The pou were removed to be dried out in storage and restored, with a return date of 2020.
