"Manawatu Savage Club members in King Street this morning decorated floats in preparation for a "tribal welcome" to 41 members of the Eltham Savage Club. The theme of the procession is the "Festival of the Darts'." Members discussing the work are (from left): Messrs B. Smart, D. O'Brien, R. Burt and G. P. Wackrow."
