This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 22 October 1960 "The most recent addition to the Freyberg High School is the assembly hall which was opened by the Mayor (Mr. G.M. Rennie) yesterday. The photograph shows Mr Rennie, the principal of the Freberg High School (Mr. H.H. Craig) and the head girl prefect (Miss H. Hall)."
