these flats were cdesigned by Reginald Thorrold Jaggard, a locl architect, for Mrs M S Curle, in 1938. The flats, on the corner of Rangitikei Street and Wellesbourne Street, stand beside Palmerston North Boy’s High School. Plans held in Ian Matheson City Archives: CA: Thorrold Jaggard, contract no. 669
