These flats were designed by Reginald Thorrold Jaggard, a local architect, for Mrs M S Curle in 1938. The flats, on the corner of Rangitikei Street and Wellesbourne Street, stand beside Palmerston North Boys' High School. Plans are held in Ian Matheson City Archives: CA: Thorrold Jaggard, contract no. 669
