Description

This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 15 August 1960 "Mrs. L. Anderson, of Christchurch, aged 93 years, and a great-great-grandmother, returned to her home in Palmerston North in the N.A.C. Viscount on Saturday. Flying is no new experience for Mrs. Anderson. Six years ago she flew to Sydney to visit her daughter. For the past three months she has been visiting her grandson and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. A. White, of Palmerston North."
