This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 23rd February 1963. "Yesterday, Massey College was a hive of activity with the enrolment of agricultural students. For these Thai students it will mean over three years of study before they return to their homeland. Many other Colombo Plan students were also busy with their enrolment papers."
