This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 23rd February 1963. "Pictured here are the prefects of the Freyberg High School who were presented with their badges by Mr E. Biechynden, the chairman of the High Schools' Board of Governors, yesterday. The school principal (Mr J. M. Print) is seated in the centre of the group. On his right is the head boy prefect (K. Hyde) and on his left the head girl prefect (Moira Woods)."
