Letter from A Cranson to Palmerston North City Council regarding charges for maintenance of the Clock Tower
- Description
Mr A Cranson, watch and clock repairer of 46 The Square, maintained the town clock in the Clock Tower from 1963. In 1970 he wrote to the PNCC, to inform them that he was to raise his weekly charges for maintenance from 75 cents to $2.50 per week. This was agreed to by Council.
