This house, believed to be moved to Victoria Avenue prior to 1888, was owned by a Mr Smith and rented to Mr Watchorn. Geoffrey Watchorn was born in the house in 1888. The house was later altered and the verandah removed. The double hung windows and two of the brick chimneys were removed by Mr Hastelow after his 1953 purchase.
