This photograph is stored with the caption, "City Council Workmen repairing a storm water drain on the corner of Park Road and Fitzherbert Avenue. It was necessary to dig down to a depth of 14 ft. to uncover the drain which is understood to be the first sewer installed in the Fitzherbert Avenue area."
