Peter Wallace T Bagnall, Town Planner
- Description
Peter Bagnall (1920-) was Palmerston North Town/City Planner 1973-1976. He was born in Auckland and worked as a planning officer for both the Auckland City Council 1946-1962 and the Northland Regional Planning Authority. In 1967 he was the first New Zealand planner to be awarded an Eisenhower Exchange fellowship to study in the United States.
