Description

Methodist services began in Palmerston North in 1872, and services began in Cuba Street in 1891. This brick church was built in Cuba Street in 1924, opening 30 July. The two Methodist Churches decided to unite on the Broadway site in 1989 and the building was sold to the Apostolic Church. In 2003 the building was demolished as it was deemed an earthquake risk.
