Dear Madam,
I have been instructed by my Committee to convey to
you their thanks and appreciation for the assistance you have
given to this Committee in helping with the Officials at the Post

Your help was very much appreciated and as you have
already noticed from the press reports and announcements that

collected as well as winning the honour for collecting the most
coupons in one day since the Campaign commenced.
Again Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
