The Seafarers-Mandarin Restaurant was located at 217 – 223 Cuba Street in Palmerston North. In September 1981, Wai Holdings, owner of the restaurant, sold it to Arnold and Jenny Jarden. Currently this site is being renovated to become Focus Point, an independent movie theatre (2020)
