This is the programme for the Seventh Annual Festival of the Manawatū Competitions Society, which was held in the Opera House and Municipal Hall between 4 and 12 May 1928. The competition categories included elocution (speech and drama), dance and music (both vocal and instrumental). Most entrants were children or young people.
