This new FMG House, 292 Church Street, Palmerston North was officially opened in February 2018. At the time it was Palmerston North’s largest new-build in 30 years. FMG is a rural insurer and it's connection with the Manawatū dates from 1905. FMG tenant three and half of the four floors of the building which was developed by Developments Limited (HDL).
