399 Ruahine Street was the first 'celconite' house built by Cyril and Bill Isaacs, owners of Isaac Bros who operated out of 393 Ruahine Street. The telephone book says that it was occupied by Cyril Isaacs.

The house still stands at 399 Ruahine Street.
